Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals, with regular progress reviews with your manager and sales executive.
- Pursue new accounts in the gardening, hydroponics, and consumer goods sectors.
- Follow up on all communication requirements related to setting up and starting new accounts.
- Document all communication in our CRM system, qualify leads, and assign them to the appropriate sales staff for prompt follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, working with them to create mutually beneficial partnerships with our company.
- Identify and communicate sales opportunities in your assigned region.
- Support the expansion of our business in your assigned region.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to apply that knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Document all activities in our CRM system daily.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience.
- 2+ years' experience working in a CRM system preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt and quickly build rapport with clients and consumers.
- Understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Capable of giving sales presentations.
- Adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with change and adaptation to new systems and workflow.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

As an Account Growth Representative, you will be primarily engaged in sales, selling tangible and intangible products, and spending more than 50% of your working time away from our place of business or your home office.
