We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team at Bender Insurance Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in growing your own book of business, providing commercial insurance services to businesses throughout California, and building relationships with business owners and C-level executives across all industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies
  • Goal Achievement: Achieve new business objectives established in annual sales plan
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Using a consultative sales approach, gather information and present proposals to business owners and C-level Executives
  • Solution-Oriented: Develop and present solutions based on client needs
Requirements:
  • Possess 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Hold a Property & Casualty license in good standing OR the ability to obtain a license
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
