About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Title Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Lennar Title. As a Title Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Lennar Title products and services to the real estate and financial community in order to maximize profitable market share in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and increase sales volume of community by selling products and services to professional customers.
  • Drive the sales process while making daily calls to numerous customers or prospective customers.
  • Keep accurate records of calls made, expenses incurred, and order volume.
  • Continually assess competitor actions within community.
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts, territory potentials, workload analysis, call programs, and routes.
  • Continually increase knowledge of sales skills, concepts, techniques, etc., and develop and improve sales presentations.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
  • 2+ years of Title insurance sales experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact and TitlePro 24/7 preferred.
Physical and Office/ Site Presence Requirements

Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. Requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, the ability to operate a motor vehicle, read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. Job may require occasional operation of construction equipment. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

Compensation and Benefits

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $66,560.00 - $90,932, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.

This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions. This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
