Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Ascension Medical Plaza in Hoffman Estates, IL. As a member of our outpatient group practice, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patients' needs and psychosocial status.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment goals for patients.
  • Provide documentation of patient information and complete necessary reporting in accordance with departmental standards and federal regulations.
  • Supervise interns and assigned staff.
Requirements
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor, Counselor, Psychologist, or Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
  • Education: Master's degree required.
  • Additional Preferences: LCPC or LCSW (or licensed clinical psychologist: PsyD, PhD) required.
