Job Summary:
Ascension Illinois is seeking a skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patients' needs and psychosocial status.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment goals and participate in multidisciplinary patient care conferences.
- Provide documentation of patient information and complete necessary reporting in accordance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
Requirements:
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: One or more of the following required: Clinical Counselor, Counselor, Psychologist, or Social Worker credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
- Education: Master's degree required.
