About the Opportunity:

As a Reception Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to exceptional service. Your role is pivotal in establishing trust and rapport with customers and vendors alike.

You will be tasked with providing superior customer interactions, managing vehicle drop-offs, and promoting our premium services. Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management is crucial to ensure efficient handling of appointments. A polished appearance and professional demeanor are essential for engaging with clients and vendors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet clients upon their arrival
  • Oversee vehicle drop-offs and promote service packages
  • Engage clients with insightful questions to identify their needs
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Provide clients with accurate pricing and service timelines
  • Communicate job specifications clearly to the service team
  • Utilize our customer relationship management system efficiently
  • Follow up with clients to explore additional sales opportunities
  • Build lasting relationships to enhance client loyalty
Desired Skills & Traits:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team members
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to changing business needs
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday
  • Hourly wage between $20 and $22, depending on experience, plus commission on sales
