About the Role:
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, embodying our commitment to outstanding service. Your role is vital in establishing trust and rapport with clients and vendors alike.
We seek a candidate who excels in customer service, possesses excellent organizational abilities, and works well within a team environment. You will manage customer interactions, oversee vehicle drop-offs, and promote our range of services, including window tinting and protective coatings. Strong skills in scheduling and calendar management are essential to efficiently handle walk-in clients. A professional demeanor and a polished appearance are expected, along with effective communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them upon arrival
- Oversee vehicle drop-offs and promote service packages
- Engage clients with insightful questions to identify their needs
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Provide clients with accurate pricing and service timelines
- Communicate job specifics clearly to the service team
- Utilize our customer relationship management system efficiently
- Follow up with clients to explore additional sales opportunities
- Build lasting relationships to enhance client loyalty
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and colleagues
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
- Adaptable to changing business needs with a positive outlook
- Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $22, depending on experience, plus commission on sales
- Paid time off
