Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, embodying our mission to offer outstanding service and vehicle protection. Your role is pivotal in establishing trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood from their initial interaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, excellent organizational abilities, and a collaborative spirit. You will be tasked with providing exceptional service, managing vehicle drop-offs, and promoting our range of protective services. Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management is essential to ensure efficient handling of appointments. A professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone, is crucial for maintaining our high standards of customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients warmly upon their arrival
- Oversee vehicle drop-offs and promote protective service packages
- Engage clients with insightful questions to identify their needs
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Provide clients with accurate service pricing and timelines
- Communicate job specifics clearly to service technicians
- Utilize our customer relationship management system effectively
- Follow up with clients to explore additional service opportunities
- Build lasting relationships to foster client loyalty
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and team members
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing business needs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Standard work hours from Monday to Friday
- Hourly wage of $20 to $22 based on experience, plus commission on sales
- Paid time off for personal and vacation days
