Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team and drive growth through key partnerships with mid-market firms. As a key member of our Strategic Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for owning the onboarding, maintenance, and expansion of these critical relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision makers at partner firms, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partner launch programs, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value for both parties.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of partner organizations, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive revenue and adoption.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Inside Sales Associate, and Partner Engagement Manager teams to develop account-based marketing strategies and materials, ensuring effective communication and activation of partner firms.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing technical integration issues and platform concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure partners have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results for their clients.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner success, conducting regular business reviews and forecasting revenue growth.
  • Continuously refine and improve channel productivity, exceeding growth targets through data-driven decision making and innovative strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, channel sales, and/or strategic partnership management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
  • High emotional intelligence, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborative team player, with a strong ability to coordinate internal stakeholders and gain buy-in
  • Highly entrepreneurial, creative, and opportunistic, with a sense of urgency and persistence
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
