Marketing & Events Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Winston Staffing. This position plays a vital role in crafting and executing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute impactful digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media) to boost website traffic and lead acquisition.
  • Produce engaging content that connects with our target demographic and encourages interaction.
  • Oversee and enhance our CRM system to monitor lead generation, sales processes, and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and other departments to meet organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and analyze marketing effectiveness to refine campaigns and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications, particularly in digital marketing and event planning.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CMS, CRM software (HubSpot), and various social media platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing

Overall Objective: To formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and contribute to overall business growth.

Performance Indicators:

Event Coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing events, ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.
  • Assess event success by tracking attendance, lead generation, and return on investment.

Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize outcomes and increase website traffic.

Content Development:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Winston Staffing's brand messaging and target audience.
  • Evaluate content effectiveness through metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.

Brand Oversight:

  • Safeguard and enhance Winston Staffing's brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Monitor brand consistency and identify areas for improvement.

CRM Oversight:

  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize CRM to track lead generation, sales processes, and customer interactions.

Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, business development, and other departments to support company goals.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), CRM software (HubSpot), and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and report on marketing performance.
