Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

Miller Environmental Group Inc is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate with personnel and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and implement project plans, including estimating, bidding, and proposal processes
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and OSHA standards
  • Provide leadership and direction to technicians, drivers, and mechanics to ensure safety and compliance
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • At least three to five years of supervisory/project management experience in environmental construction/industrial cleanings
  • Knowledge of emergency response/management, quality management, and environmental regulations
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with personnel and clients
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk up and down slopes or uneven terrain, stand, lift, talk, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; bend with legs and reach with hands and arms. The employee must lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

The work is primarily performed in the field, outdoors in the heat or cold for 8 or more hours per day. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.

To reduce exposure to harmful materials, workers often wear coveralls, gloves, shoe covers, safety glasses, or goggles. Some must wear fully enclosed protective suits for several hours at a time; these suits may be hot and uncomfortable and may cause the workers who wear them to experience claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces). In extremely toxic cleanups, hazmat workers are required to wear respirators or personal air monitors.
