Job Summary

Miller Environmental Group is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Operations Manager to oversee the safe daily operation of emergency spill response, industrial cleaning, and environmental projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental operations, supervisory experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare job estimates
  • Communicate with project managers and coordinators to ensure project needs are met
  • Prepare safety evaluations and conduct daily and weekly tool box talks
  • Oversee crews and ensure compliance with OSHA and Miller Environmental Group safety practices
  • Manage equipment and maintain a safe work environment
  • Responsible for documentation, including worksheets, safety briefings, and waste manifests
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in industrial cleaning or utility construction
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with personnel and clients
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

The work environment is primarily outdoors, with exposure to heat, cold, and moderate to loud noise levels. Workers may wear protective gear, including coveralls, gloves, and safety glasses.
