Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at Tucson Medical Center. In this role, you will provide critical support to our recruiting team by coordinating and facilitating the new hire process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and review employment applications in Taleo to ensure completeness and eligibility for hire or rehire.
  • Schedule in-person, phone, and video interviews, as well as coordinate applicant travel for out-of-state candidates.
  • Ensure regular communication with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers to candidates identified by hiring management.
  • Coordinate area tours and communicate details effectively with new employees, hiring managers, and vendors.
  • Administer or coordinate validated pre-employment tests.
  • Initiate the onboarding process, including background checks, drug screens, and completion of new hire documents.
  • Coordinate and track sign-on bonuses, referral bonus programs, and related incentive programs.
  • Provide general administrative assistance in recruitment, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and functions as needed.
  • Maintain productivity reports detailing numbers or measures for work completed per day, week, or other designated time.
  • Maintain follow-up logs and/or files to monitor progress of projects and notify supervisors when projects are behind schedule.
  • Participate in career days, open houses, and other activities to attract qualified candidates.
  • Provide assistance to recruiters as needed.
  • Maintain recruitment tracking programs and application and employment files for employment and transfer.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Two (2) years of administrative support or human resources experience in a team environment.
  • Experience with general administrative processes.
