Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at US Foods, Inc. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, managing deliveries, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary.
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products and sales.
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
- Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality.
- Problem-solving ability/organization and negotiation skills.
- Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products – Experience using Customer relationship management tools preferred (i.e., Salesforce).
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities for described length of time.

- Lift 1-10 lbs (sedentary) frequently.

- Grasp objects frequently.
- Manipulate objects frequently.
- Manual dexterity frequently.
US Foods, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $61,500 and $92,250. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
