About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic program, ensuring high-quality instruction, and providing support to faculty members assigned to teach in their programs. Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and implementing retention strategies to enhance student success;
  • Managing active students, students on leave of absence, non-graduating/transfer-out (NS/TO), and externship placements;
  • Coordinating with clinical sites to ensure quality and volume of externships;
  • Conducting classroom observations and providing feedback to faculty; and
  • Participating in program review processes to maintain academic quality standards.

This role also involves cascading pertinent information to faculty teams and holding program-specific training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to academic excellence.
