Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Elite Placement Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join a reputable consulting engineering firm. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Oversee tracking of expenses, budgeting, taxation, cash flow, receipts, and other financial transactions
  • Generate regular financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis; conduct monthly bank reconciliations using QuickBooks
  • Supervise the processing of accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely payroll processing in collaboration with an external provider
  • Handle employee 401k contributions, employer matching, and perform annual employee census, interfacing with the Third Party Administrator
  • Manage quarterly tax payments
  • Compile consultant expense reports for the CPA
  • Administer necessary insurance policies
  • Perform various administrative and office management tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office suite with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
