About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients for low to moderate complexity issues
  • Resolve issues in accordance with established Service Desk Procedures
  • Review and maintain documentation and knowledge base as directed
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of client systems and support policies and procedures
  • Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated
  • Escalate hardware and software issues per Service Desk policy
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Information Technology
  • Previous role in providing positive customer service
  • Prior computer system experience, including Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office products
  • Hardware maintenance and repair skills desired
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to observe, think critically, and demonstrate a rational thought process
  • Ability to obtain certifications or work towards appropriate certifications
  • Proven written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
