Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Specialist to join our team at C4 Technical Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing merger, acquisition, divestiture, and spin-off related cybersecurity activities. This role requires strong development background and expertise in program and project management methodologies, software, and product development lifecycles (SDLC/PDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cybersecurity activities related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-offs.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate cybersecurity threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective cybersecurity risk management.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or audit.
  • Expert knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of security software development life cycle (SSDLC) process, security assessment processes, and pen testing.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in cybersecurity or risk management (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or CRISC).
  • Knowledge of insider threat techniques and business awareness mindset.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical and business issues to different organizational levels.
