About the Role

As a Clinical Team Manager at Alaska Behavioral Health, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary team of clinical staff and peer support specialists in our Wasilla clinic. Your expertise will ensure staffing needs are met, daily functions are managed, and high-quality services are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team to achieve exceptional behavioral healthcare outcomes
  • Develop and implement program improvements and strategic initiatives
  • Provide clinical licensing supervision and oversight to staff
  • Evaluate crisis situations and provide necessary services
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensed with clinical supervision experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $93,196-$120,609, depending on experience, plus an annual incentive opportunity up to 15% of your salary and a $10,000 hiring bonus with a two-year commitment.
