Medical Director for Behavioral Health in Alaskan Wilderness

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead our Behavioral Health team in a unique and beautiful setting.
LocationNestled between the Talkeetna and Chugach Mountains, our location offers breathtaking views and a range of outdoor activities.
Job DescriptionAs Medical Director, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in our acute behavioral health unit. You will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals and working closely with other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in a leadership position within a healthcare setting. You will also need strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plan and paid time off.
