Position SummaryWe are in search of a results-oriented Junior Sales Executive with a solid background in B2B SaaS sales and a comprehensive understanding of payment technologies. The ideal candidate will be tasked with generating and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, conducting insightful discovery calls to identify potential clients' needs, and successfully closing deals that range from $15,000 to $500,000 in annual recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Actively source and qualify leads through strategic outbound efforts, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
- Conduct detailed discovery calls and needs assessments to grasp potential clients' challenges, business goals, and requirements.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Product Managers, and Customer Success teams, to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to closing and implementation.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to facilitate successful deal closures while maximizing value for both the client and the organization.
- Maintain accurate and current records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solutions and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within the FinTech or Technology sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach focused on building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a startup is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
