Job Description

Job Summary:

Packsize, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Software Integration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales, integration, and implementation process, you will provide technical expertise to internal and external clients, developing and implementing integration solutions that meet our customers' needs.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical knowledge and support to internal and external clients
  • Developing and implementing integration solutions across various applications and systems
  • Evaluating existing components and systems to determine integration requirements
  • Diagnosing, configuring, deploying, and supporting Packsize solutions throughout the sales and implementation cycles
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, implementation teams, and product development teams
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Warehouse Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Packsize software technology products to drive business growth
  • Establish trust and rapport with customers' IT personnel to maintain mutual commitment to projects
  • Map out current state vs. future state information flows for corresponding process flows
  • Assess customers' Order, Pick, Pack, and Ship processes and all IT systems used to fulfill orders
  • Help scope and design complete integration and implementation solutions that meet customer requirements and Packsize capabilities
  • Design, test, and implement proven solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of I.T. networking, remote access methods, Windows application deployment, and IOT/Edge device configuration
  • Create and document a smooth handoff to IT Customer Support Teams
  • Provide support in both pre-sale and post-sale by attending presentations, product demonstrations, and installations/implementations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred
  • Prior experience integrating and implementing cross-platform software solutions is preferred
  • Prior experience with networking/I.T. systems is preferred
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, or CRM systems is preferred

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $70k-$105k. Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation, including the role, responsibilities, candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and special skills.
