Position Summary
We are in search of reliable candidates who possess a strong work ethic to become part of our team. This role demands concentration and meticulousness while delivering professional, courteous, and precise service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails from both commercial and residential clients, insurance companies, partner networks, and corporate facilities.
- Input loss details into various databases and ensure proper distribution.
- Address inquiries, feedback, or issues related to ongoing losses.

Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of relevant customer service or call center experience.
- Proficient in computer operations with robust data entry capabilities, particularly in web-based environments.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Compensation and Benefits
