Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer accounts and provide assistance regarding account-related inquiries.
  2. Guide customers through payment methods and process payments, including phone transactions.
  3. Resolve customer concerns and requests promptly.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and different corporate departments.
  5. Initiate and clarify various corporate processes as needed.
  6. Follow up on customer interactions using the designated tracking tools.

In addition to phone interactions, the Customer Support Specialist will also handle non-phone inquiries related to customer accounts, including but not limited to:

  • ALFA case requests
  • Document requests such as lien releases and copies of titles
  • Year-end interest statements and invoice copies

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. This position requires a minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in customer service or related fields. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical abilities to collect data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate mainframe systems.
