Job Summary:

As a Senior Project Manager at BBSI, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from bidding to completion. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage construction project budgets.
Oversee all aspects of awarded projects, including budgeting, contracts, change orders, and OAC meetings.
Serve as the main contact for clients and subcontractors.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Read and understand blueprints to bid on projects.
Oversee day-to-day project management.
Review design drawings and track project changes.
Ensure subcontractor workmanship meets project scope and standards.
Qualify subcontractor bids and develop project schedules.

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
Experience with field management software is a plus.
Knowledge of building codes and OSHA requirements.
