Project Manager

Sandis is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Campbell, CA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of land development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of land development projects, including grading, stormwater treatment, and utility systems.
- Collaborate with the design team, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction to ensure project compliance.
- Develop and implement project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and track project progress.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure Sandis remains a leader in civil engineering and land development design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project design, land development, and civil engineering.
- Professional Engineer's license or EIT, with a commitment to obtaining PE certification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology modeling programs, and storm drainage programs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
