Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sensiba San Filippo. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our executives and management staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting, Calendar, and Engagement Team Coordination: Schedule appointments, arrange teleconferences, and coordinate domestic travel arrangements.
  • Business Development: Research, prioritize, and create materials for prospective clients, and work closely with our Executive Administrative Assistant and management to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Communication and Outreach: Maintain contacts, update contact information, and work with our Executive Assistant to coordinate individual outreach activities.
  • General Administrative Support: Assemble extensions and tax returns, prepare billing information, and provide back-up support to other administrative team members.
Requirements
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executive levels in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
