Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at CAES Systems LLC. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing top talent for our manufacturing, engineering, and office professional roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates using various techniques, including social media and employee referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to determine fit for our roles.
  • Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Manage offer process, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Continuously seek new ways to improve the candidate experience and recruiting process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically for manufacturing, engineering, and office professional roles.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience supporting search for candidates in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
  • 5+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • 5+ years of experience sourcing with LinkedIn and alternative techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Aerospace and Defense industry knowledge and experience.
  • Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance rules and regulations.
