  • Oversee equipment inventory to maintain operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards and protocols
  • Assist with hardware/software upgrades, user setup, and system access
  • Develop and sustain site documentation and operational guidelines
  • Offer second-tier support for additional locations
  • Engage in collaborative workgroups and project management activities
  • Document updates in the ticket management system
  • Participate in necessary meetings

This is a full-time role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. There may be occasional after-hours or on-call support required. If you have a passion for IT support and troubleshooting, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
