As a Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere where exceptional service delivery is a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a lively and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all roles within the beverage service areas.
  • Oversee the scheduling and staffing for designated outlets.
  • Facilitate the seamless operation of assigned beverage outlets.
  • Assist in the training and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Implement and maintain effective food and beverage cost control measures, including inventory management.
  • Ensure meticulous record-keeping practices.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with all relevant departments.
  • Adhere to and enforce established Food & Beverage Policies, Labor Laws, Liquor Laws, and Sanitary Codes.
  • Document and recommend coaching and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Foster positive communication and relations among team members and guests.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and inquiries with sound judgment.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with team members and guests.
  • Promote exceptional guest relations and teamwork.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Successful completion of background checks and licensing processes as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters and sensitive information.
  • Adhere to company and departmental standards for uniform and hygiene.
  • Experience with P.O.S. systems and related technology.
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to navigate large areas and manage high-volume service environments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, coworkers, and management.
  • Capability to handle diverse guest situations and relay feedback to management.
