We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Division of Cardiovascular Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in an electrophysiology ambulatory setting. This includes conducting intake assessments, triaging patients, and documenting patient information according to policy. You will also participate in hospital and provider performance improvement activities and assist EP cardiologists in diagnostic procedures.
Responsibilities:- Practice clinical patient care according to professional practice standards and institutional policy/procedure.
- Conduct intake assessments, triage patients, and document patient information according to policy.
- Participate in hospital and provider performance improvement activities.
- Assist EP cardiologists in diagnostic procedures.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Ohio APRN license with prescriptive authority.
- Active Board Certification in appropriate nursing specialty.
- BLS Certification.
- Three (3) years nursing experience.
