Nurse Practitioner, Division of Cardiovascular Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Division of Cardiovascular Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing and be certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). You will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in performing diagnostic procedures and interpreting patient data. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and families.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Active APRN license with prescriptive authority.
- Board Certification in a relevant nursing specialty.
- Three years of experience in a similar role.
