We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Division of Cardiovascular Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing and be certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with prescriptive authority. You will have a minimum of three years of nursing experience, with a focus on cardiovascular health and electrophysiology. Your strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and commitment to patient-centered care will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including intake assessment, triage, and admission, as well as ongoing assessment and documentation.
- Collaborate with our EP Cardiologist in diagnostic procedures and participate in hospital and provider performance improvement activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Ohio APRN license with prescriptive authority.
- Active Board Certification in appropriate nursing specialty.
- BLS Certification.
- Three years of nursing experience, with a focus on cardiovascular health and electrophysiology.
