  • Propose and deploy innovative processes and equipment to bolster safety standards.
  • Evaluate job functions for ergonomic concerns, striving to minimize manual handling and repetitive tasks.
  • Assist in executing cost and time-saving Continuous Improvement (CI) plans.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies for effective problem-solving and documentation.
  • Conduct time studies and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routers, directing efforts towards high-return areas.
  • Draft and implement detailed technical work instructions for complex manufacturing processes.
  • Support the creation of timely cost assessments for prospective business ventures.
  • Participate in Kaizen teams as necessary.
  • Ensure delivery of error-free outputs to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enhance professional knowledge by networking within the industry and staying informed on innovations and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with various organizational members.
  • Able to interpret diverse instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
  • Proficient in conversational English.
