Job Title: Supervisor Production

At Mohawk Industries, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Production to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing department, ensuring that production goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, improve communication, and enhance overall performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, engineering, or operations management.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in production management, operations, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of management experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire production staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, with experience in production management software a plus.
