We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner/Chipper. In this role, you will be responsible for moving components into position at machines, performing maintenance activities, and assisting with various tasks related to the production of high-quality dump bodies.
Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment such as jib cranes, overhead cranes, slings, and grinders to move components into position
- Perform maintenance activities as required for specific machines
- Assist with manual removal of excess weld splatter and grinding of knots
- Install boards on dump bodies and assist with prepping/sanding
- Perform 5S daily and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- No relevant experience required, training is provided
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb onto chassis
- Ability to stand for 10 hours
- Ability to work weekends and overtime
