Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor, Epicor - Remote. This role is crucial for the administration, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of our Epicor ERP system. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the system aligns with business objectives and meets diverse needs. Your technical acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of the Epicor environment. You will also oversee other resources involved in the operation of Epicor within a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Epicor support tasks and allocate responsibilities based on project priorities and timelines.
  • Provide data solutions and best practices to fulfill business requirements.
  • Assist end-users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless system operation in collaboration with IT.
  • Implement and manage user access controls and security policies to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and oversee data integrations between Epicor and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements and customizations that enhance user experience and save time.
  • Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to optimize speed and efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes for training and reference.
  • Provide training to team members and end-users on Epicor functionalities and best practices.
  • Coordinate with Epicor support and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and stay updated on system advancements.
  • Investigate data issues in relational source systems using your expertise.
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of quality projects.
  • Prioritize team projects and production support, including troubleshooting and resolution.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. or B.A. in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience working with Epicor.
  • Familiarity with Epicor Financials, SCM, Configurator, and MRP.
  • Experience in producing written documentation for requirements specifications and support.
  • Ability to collaborate with both business and technology teams to define deliverables and develop reusable solutions.
