Ambitious Sales Leader Wanted for US Expansion

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented sales professional to spearhead our US expansion efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to join our team and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in outbound sales, with a strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and be eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
As a Founding Account Executive, you will play a critical role in launching our US sales operations and acquiring our first customers. You will work closely with our founders and EMEA sales team to develop and execute a targeted sales strategy, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in outbound sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to new technologies and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Strong ambition and drive to succeed, with a desire to grow and develop within the company
What We Offer:
- A competitive OTE composed of base and variable salary (estimated $150,000 - $200,000 per year)
