Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health - 118. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop, and implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to advance the mission of Ellie Mental Health - 118.
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session, adhering to company guidelines and protocols.
  • Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week for Full-Time status clinicians.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university, with licensure in the designated field.
  • Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.
