The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, family therapy, or a closely related field, and be licensed as a clinical social worker, family therapist, or mental health counselor. Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide culturally competent, strength-based, and solution-focused therapy services to individuals, groups, and families.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address co-occurring diagnoses and trauma.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
