Job Summary

As a Die Cut Assistant at Pratt Industries, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of rotary die cutters. This includes ensuring all bolts on cutting dies are securely in place and inspecting anilox rolls for damage before and after each run.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up print and die cut sections of die cutters according to proper setup techniques
  • Operate rotary die cutters to produce high-quality products
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals
  • Identify and recommend improvements to operations to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of die cutting processes and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
