Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator to join our team at Pratt Industries. As a Die Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our rotary die cutters to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate rotary die cutters to produce high-quality products
  • Inspect anilox rolls and dies for damage and ensure proper setup techniques
  • Monitor box quality and make recommendations for improvement
  • Train and assist First Helper and Bundlers with job duties
  • Complete reports in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions:

The employee will be frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
