We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to lead our Human Resources function at Georgia-Pacific's facility in Camden, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing our HR processes, positively impacting our culture, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build effective working relationships with leaders and employees across functions to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Operation Leaders to ensure optimal staffing and talent management practices are in place.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive business results.
  • Coach leaders and employees on how to connect business strategy to people strategy.
  • Build leader capability and reinforce accountability in the areas of talent, leadership, and culture.
  • Drive innovation in HR functions and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
  • Assess risk related to employment matters and coach leaders on risk management.
  • Ensure effective utilization of performance management and development processes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated HR experience applying talent management processes within an organization as a supervisor or HR business partner.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies that enable the attainment and advancement of strategic business objectives.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to drive initiatives and priorities.
  • Experience influencing and coaching leaders within a business environment.
  • Experience developing and partnering with front-line supervisors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Experience developing and aligning initiatives to accelerate achievement of strategic business objectives.
  • Experience with data analytics to execute on opportunities.
  • Experience directly supervising other HR personnel.
