Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in driving talent programs across the business
- Organize, host, and develop university program events to engage with top talent
- Gain exposure to Talent Acquisition Operations, including corporate, field, university, and diversity recruiting
- Support recruitment marketing needs, including content creation, social media scheduling, and employee advocacy generation
- Develop targeted employer branding campaigns to align with short and long-term strategic hiring priorities

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or MBA with a major in Human Resources
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Passion for learning and willingness to ask questions and work independently
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
