Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients with diverse needs and backgrounds.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific goals and challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
- Collaborate with other clinicians at Forward Wellness and community providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical outcomes and professional development.
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of mental health therapy.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth.
Requirements
- Must possess an active License in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
- Availability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
- Interest and passion for supporting all types of families, including diverse family structures and backgrounds.
- Initiative and collaboration are essential qualities, demonstrated through proactive engagement with colleagues at Forward Wellness and community providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of quality, research-based training in supporting neurodiverse individuals and families.
- Experience in supporting transgender and gender-exploring individuals.
- Expertise in working with couples navigating transitions.
- Specialization in supporting families and individuals navigating reproductive mental health needs.
- Credentialing with Insurance Companies.
- Experience in private practice settings.
- Personal commitment to disrupting societal oppression and anti-discrimination practices.
