Department Manager

Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations to customers
* Maintain a working knowledge of all departments to support daily store operations
* Manage daily activities of the selling floor, including visual merchandising and inventory management
* Assist with processing sales transactions and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Physical Demands:
* Frequent movement within the store to access various departments and products
* Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
* Frequent lifting and occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
