Responsibilities:- Provide direct supervision of children in a safe and supportive environment
- Implement a culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the potential of all youth
- Facilitate peer-to-peer connections and support the overall experience
- Assist the Site Director in the implementation of programs and services
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children in a group setting preferred
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
