About the Job

Sony Honda Mobility of America Inc, a subsidiary of Sony Honda Mobility Inc, is a 50/50 joint venture between Sony and Honda. As a leading innovator in the electric vehicle industry, we are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing/Social Media Specialist to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through digital marketing initiatives and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms, focusing on building brand presence, engagement, and community growth.
• Create and curate engaging content that reflects the SHMA and AFEELA brand voice, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and social media activity using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure consistency in the brand's digital presence and maintain SHMA's voice and messaging across all digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably in the electric vehicle, automotive, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and manage multi-platform social media strategies.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Sprinklr, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in collaborating with influencers and digital media agencies is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for electric vehicles, technology, and sustainability is highly preferred.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $90,000-$110,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
