Position Overview

Job Summary

Hendall Inc. is in search of a qualified Healthcare Records Supervisor who possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in managing the medical record request and receipt processes. This role will involve direct collaboration with the Program Director and providing essential technical support to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as required.

Note: This is a full-time remote opportunity.

This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Health & Human Services (HHS) and CMS, which is committed to enhancing health equity, broadening coverage, and improving health outcomes for the community.

The ideal candidate for the Healthcare Records Supervisor position should meet the following qualifications:

  • At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience in file and record management.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience, including proficiency with electronic medical records and their electronic transmission.
  • Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator is required.
  • Familiarity with the Medicare program is preferred.
  • Educational Background:
    • An associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or master's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field of study.
