Job Summary

Woodmont Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising and training housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and collaborating with other departments to ensure member and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  2. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our high standards.
  3. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working order.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure member and guest needs are met.
  5. Use problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations and protocol.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and training staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations and protocols.
